Magnificent Tresses, is dedicated to providing our customers with the most beautiful, manageable, long-lasting hair products in the world.

We search the globe for the very best hair accepted only from single donors. We only carry 100% human hair products. Our virgin hairs are pure, with no processing. Our Remy products undergo only the minimum amount of processing required to achieve the desired curl pattern or texture.

RETURN POLICY

In stock items may be exchanged within 7 days after original date of receipt. There will be a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept exchanges on products not in their original condition, original packaging or on custom made to order items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise specifically notified by Magnificent Tresses.

If tags are removed, or the product is unbundled, washed, installed or tampered with, there will be no exchanges or refunds given. Chemical processing of any kind by anyone other than Magnificent Tresses will result in no exchanges or refunds. This applies to all Magnificent Tresses products.

All custom made to order sales are final. If a cancellation request is made after the production of a custom order is in progress, you will lose your deposit or payment.

The lace used on closures, frontals and wigs is delicate. It can stretch or tear from normal wear. We cannot guarantee the product's longevity, as each individual will experience different usage patterns.

Magnificent Tresses is not responsible for any labor costs associated with use or maintenance of products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Securing an Exchange or Credit:

To obtain an exchange or credit, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Email our Customer Service department at service@magtresses.com or via telephone at (800) 605-4875 x 82. The RMA number must be included along with your original receipt and the hair should in unopened packaging. We do not offer credit on the original or return shipping charges.



SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are given to as soon as possible depending upon stock availability and/or production timeframes.

- In stock orders will be available to ship within 24-48 hours (business days only).

- Special Orders and Out of Stock item orders will be available to ship within 24-48 hours of product completion and quality inspection. This is estimated to be 15-30 days (business days only).

- Custom orders will be available to ship within 24-28 hours after product completion and quality inspection (business days only). These orders require approximately 4-6 weeks for production.

- Orders are shipped only to the confirmed Pay Pal or EMerchant credit card addresses.



DELIVERY TIMES

A delivery time estimate tool is located on each product page for your convenience. Actual delivery time is determined by the delivery method you select during the checkout process, and the delivery vendor's delivery schedule. Magnificent Tresses cannot be responsible for the delivery vendor's failure to deliver products on a specified date. Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected shipping vendor at the time of check-out.
